Stand-Alone Kit with Control Unit, Touchscreen & Wiring Harness
Bring cutting-edge semi-active suspension technology to your track car with the TracTive stand-alone electronically adjustable shock system. Designed for uncompromising performance, this setup integrates advanced damping control with proven motorsport-grade hardware.
Ultra-Fast DDA Valve Technology
Each damper features TracTive’s patented Dynamic Damping Adjustment (DDA) valve—one of the fastest systems available. With a response time of just 6–10 milliseconds from full soft to full hard, it delivers exceptional stability, repeatability, and on-demand control. Damping levels are pre-set at the factory for each application and can be fine-tuned when needed.
Intelligent Motion Control
The system utilizes an integrated g-sensor within the control unit, mounted near the vehicle’s center of gravity. It continuously monitors pitch, roll, and dive, adjusting damping in real time. The calibration is factory-set and updatable.
Touchscreen Control & Customization
The included touchscreen interface enables the driver to:
Adjust front and rear damping across 5 levels
Control pitch/dive and roll resistance in 5 levels
Save presets and driver-specific setups
A remote adjustment knob is also provided and can be centrally mounted for quick access.
Track-Optimized Damper Hardware
These shocks share the same hardware as TracTive’s dedicated track kits, with the manual rebound adjuster replaced by the internal DDA valve and cabling from the piston rod side.
Key performance components include:
Eibach springs
46mm high-flow pistons (various versions)
Low-friction seals
16mm super-finished, induction-hardened CrMo steel piston rods
Hardened aluminum alloy shock bodies for lightweight thermal stability
For McPherson strut setups, TracTive uses a steel inverted strut design with 38mm high-flow pistons. This delivers minimal stiction and maximum stiffness using bearings and components derived from top-tier motorcycle racing.
Ride height is infinitely adjustable via shock body platforms or separate adjusters.
Motorsport-Grade Top Mounts
All track kits include application-specific top mounts:
Inverted struts: Adjustable camber and/or caster mounts
Non-McPherson shocks: Solid top mounts
