We want you to be confident when ordering from Rennen Plus. Please read the following return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Return window

Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of delivery.

The return request must be submitted within this period. Returns requested after 14 days cannot be accepted.Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:

• The item is unused and uninstalled
• The item is unopened
• The item is in its original packaging
• All accessories, documentation, and protective materials are included
• The item is in resalable condition

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

How to start a return

To request a return, please contact us by email and include:

• Your order number
• The item you wish to return
• The reason for the return

Please do not send items back without approval.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as Rennen Plus is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Refund method

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method used at checkout.

At this time, we do not offer store credit or exchanges unless agreed in advance.

Refund processing time

Refunds are processed within 14 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

Non returnable items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom or made to order products
• Electrical and electronic components once opened
• Installed or used parts
• Clearance or sale items
• Gift cards

Vehicle Compatibility, Fitment & Final Sale Conditions

Vehicle compatibility and fitment responsibility

Automotive components are engineered for specific year, make, model, and variant configurations.

It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that all products ordered are suitable for their specific vehicle. Rennen Plus does not accept responsibility for incorrect fitment due to inaccurate or incomplete vehicle information provided by the customer.

VIN information and fitment disclaimer

While we may request or review a vehicle identification number (VIN) to assist with part selection, Rennen Plus cannot guarantee fitment based on VIN information alone.

As Rennen Plus is not the original vehicle manufacturer, we do not have access to proprietary VIN decoding systems, factory build records, or details of post-production dealer options, upgrades, or vehicle modifications. As a result, absolute fitment accuracy cannot be guaranteed in any circumstance.

Final sale policy

All purchases made through Rennen Plus are considered final.

Cancellations, refunds, or exchanges will not be accepted for the following reasons:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Price matching or discovery of a lower price after checkout
• Installation scheduling or workshop bookings made before goods are physically received

Customers are advised not to book installation or labour prior to receiving and verifying their order.

Composite and custom manufactured components

Due to their nature, the following items are strictly non refundable and non exchangeable.

Carbon fibre and fiberglass components

Carbon fibre and fiberglass components are manufactured using hand laid or low volume production methods. Variations in weave, finish, surface texture, and fitment are inherent to composite manufacturing.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for perceived fitment, cosmetic variation, or finish differences. Product quality, fitment standards, and finish level are reflected in the pricing, with premium tier products offering the highest level of refinement.

Custom and made to order products

Any product that is custom specified or manufactured to order is final at the time of payment.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Custom forged wheels including specific offsets, widths, or finishes
• CNC machined components
• Custom fabricated or welded parts
• Products requiring bespoke modification or paint

These items cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once payment has been processed.

Discretionary returns and restocking

Any exception to the above policies is granted solely at the discretion of Rennen Plus management.

If a discretionary return or cancellation is approved, the following conditions apply:

• Items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in original packaging
• Items must be in pristine, resalable condition
• All items are subject to physical inspection upon return

Refunds will only be processed after inspection at our head office.

A 20 percent restocking fee applies to all approved discretionary returns or cancellations.

All return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Pre purchase verification

Refunds or exchanges will not be granted for incorrect applications, assumptions, or parts ordered without confirmation.
